2024 SEASON AWARDS BANQUET

LOCATION:
St Michael’s Sportsman Club – 270 Main St, Saint Michael, PA 15951

TIME:
Doors open at 5:00 pm with buffet dinner at 6:00 pm, followed by the awards ceremony at 7:00 pm. As part of the evening’s festivities, there will be a DJ and additional prizes will be given out.

COST ATTENDING:
Tickets are $20 Each Rider and $20 Each Guest

COST NOT ATTENDING:
$25/Awards mailed.
$15/Awards held for next season pickup.

RSVP BY:
February 1, 2025

RSVP PROCESS

STEP (1) REVIEW SEASON POINTS.
First rook at the season points to find your position in your classes.

  • ADULT If you are in the top 5 for any class you will be eligible for an award.
  • YOUTH If you are in the top 10 for any class you will be eligible for an award.
  • ALL If your class DID NOT RUN AT LEAST THREE TIMES then points awards will not be given.

If you are NOT in the top 5 ADULT or top 10 YOUTH for any class you can still RSVP and attend as a rider. Awards depend on class size and occasionally will go more than top 5 adult or top 10 youth.

STEP (2) COMPLETE ONLINE RSVP
After finding your award classes please complete the online RSVP form which will also take payment online.  All RSVP’s will be reviewed when received and you will be contacted if any questions come up.
